At Dot, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange process within a 7-day window from the day of delivery.


Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact. Please note that personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, simply message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 318 1484448. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.
